Terms of Service

This is a placeholder Terms of Service document for VICICarrier. A full version, reviewed by counsel, will be published before the service is generally available to the public.

1. Services

VICICarrier provides carrier-grade SIP termination, inbound DIDs, STIR/SHAKEN attestation, and associated services.

2. Acceptable use

Customers must comply with all applicable laws including the TCPA, TRACED Act, and local telecommunications regulations. Detailed requirements are in our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Billing

Invoiced monthly against usage. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

4. Service levels

Service level commitments are documented in the customer portal for customers on qualifying plans.
