Pricing

+Are there setup fees?

No. No setup, no porting fee, no activation charge. $5/DID starts on the day the number goes live; minutes start on the first call.

+Is there a minimum monthly spend?

No minimum. Month-to-month. You pay for what you use.

+Do you charge per CPS, per channel, or for bursts?

No, no, and no. Your trunk carries whatever traffic you send. See /pricing/cps/ for why.

+What's the volume discount structure?

−6% at $3k monthly spend, −12% at $10k, −18% at $30k. Auto-applied — no negotiation required.

+When can prices change?

30-day written notice on any rate card change. Published rate-deck version number + effective date on every invoice.

Porting & signup

+How fast can I be live?

Test trunk: 15 minutes on the onboarding call. Production: same call, once KYC docs are back.

+What KYC do you need?

US: EIN, authorized signer, business license or W-9 or SOS filing. International: regulator-specific per country — we tell you what per market.

+How long does porting take?

US/CA local: 5–7 business days. Toll-free: 4–8 hours. International: 1–3 business days per market.

+Do I pay for the port?

No. Port-in is free and we credit 1 month of DID rental per ported number.

Technical

+What SIP auth methods do you support?

IP-auth, digest, and TLS mutual-cert on the same trunk ID. TLS + SRTP available on any trunk.

+Can I register the trunk or do I need IP-auth?

Either. Registration is optional — we recommend IP-auth for production switches, registration for mobile/roaming endpoints.

+How is CDR delivered?

WebSocket push (30ms median) or HTTPS pull via REST. Your choice per trunk.

+Do you support E164 and national format?

Both. We accept E164 and national — we'll normalize either way.

+Is STIR/SHAKEN included?

Yes, at A-level on every eligible US/CA call. No add-on fee, no tiered plan. See /stir-shaken/.

Coverage & DIDs

+How many countries do you cover?

DIDs in 80+ countries, termination in 200+. See /coverage/ for the live map.

+Can I search for specific numbers?

No — we don't publish inventory lists. Pick a country, NPA, and quantity; we reserve clean numbers after signup. See /dids/ for the policy.

+What's the DID tier structure?

A (31 countries, $5/mo), B (15 markets, $10/mo), C (34+ countries, $20/mo). See /pricing/ for the full list.

+Is toll-free included?

Toll-free is $10/mo and available in US/CA. SMS-enablement on request.

Billing & ops

+When do invoices close?

Monthly, 1st of the month, net-30. Prepay discount of −8% at $10k committed up-front.

+How do I dispute a call?

Paste the CDR row. Credited within 2 business days or we eat it. Details in /docs/.

+Do you support wire, ACH, and card?

All three. Invoices show wire details. Card is supported up to $25k/mo without extra fees.
