Direct 911 dialing — no PBX prefix (no '9-911'). Every VICICarrier trunk routes 911 directly, period.
MLTS compliance
Multi-line telephone system notification on 911 calls. Our webhook fires to your reception desk / safety monitor.
Dynamic location routing
For softphones / mobile endpoints, we route based on registered location, not the DID's billing address.
