HOW WE OPERATE THIS VERTICAL

Logistics voice is 80% driver-and-dispatcher communications, 20% customer-facing track-and-trace lines. Driver comms run on DIDs that follow the truck, not the dispatcher — a national fleet has 300–2,000 DIDs per region with per-route assignment and bidirectional SMS for real-time delivery updates. Our SMS-enabled toll-free numbers are the primary endpoint for ETA updates because US drivers increasingly reject unknown local-number calls (answer rates on unregistered 10DLC dropped to single digits during 2024). The track-and-trace customer line needs international DIDs for global freight customers — we carry logistics customers with DIDs in 40+ countries on a single MSA. Peak-season traffic (Nov-Dec for retail shipping, Jan-Feb for returns) runs 3–4× baseline and our capacity absorbs it without the CPS-cap upgrades that hit CPaaS customers during the same windows.
