HOW WE OPERATE THIS VERTICAL

Timeshare is a highly-regulated vertical where the line between licensed resort-sales outreach and regulated exit-services is the operational question. Our timeshare customers split into two sub-verticals with different compliance postures: licensed resort operators (standard MSA, state-level resale-brokerage licensure where required, TCPA-compliant customer-list practices) and timeshare-exit service operators (stricter MSA, Regulation F-adjacent fair-practice requirements, explicit consumer-protection state attorney-general oversight). We decline timeshare-exit signups without a clear consumer-protection compliance program — this is one of two sub-verticals where we turn down more prospects than we accept (the other is hard-sell lead-generation). A-level STIR/SHAKEN is required, as is full KYC of the underlying calling operation and evidence of DNC scrubbing. Call recording is retained at 5-year minimum with tamper-evident hash for compliance audits.
