HOW WE OPERATE THIS VERTICAL

Legal voice traffic is low-volume, high-stakes, with two operating modes: law-firm client intake (inbound, client-privileged, requires verifiable recording with tamper-evident hash) and mass-tort outreach (outbound, regulated as lead generation under state consumer-protection laws, TCPA-sensitive). Our intake customers use dedicated DIDs with per-attorney CNAM and per-line recording policies — no shared pool numbers. Retention runs 7+ years for most firms with some states requiring 10. The mass-tort side is more operationally complex: attorney general compliance per-state on solicitation calls, written consent verification, do-not-call scrubbing against federal and state DNC lists, and explicit recording-of-consent on the call itself. We don't carry mass-tort traffic without a signed compliance attestation and we've turned down customers whose compliance program was weak — this vertical is where a carrier-level bad actor damages the whole network's reputation.
