HOW WE OPERATE THIS VERTICAL

Edtech voice traffic is enrollment-cycle driven — for K-12 and higher-ed customers, 70%+ of annual voice volume concentrates in May-September across spring-enrollment, summer-advising, and fall-term-startup. The remaining quarters run at baseline with intermittent campaign activity around continuing-education and adult-learner outreach.
