Our collections customers run under a stricter MSA with specific attestation around KYC, consent-to-contact records, call-time-windows per state, and explicit limits on call attempts per debtor per 7-day window (Reg F). A-level STIR/SHAKEN is the only acceptable signing level — B-level attestation on a collections call invites downstream carriers to block the entire traffic stream. We also enforce reputation-monitored DID rotation because collections numbers burn faster than any other vertical we carry; typical burn cycle is 3–6 weeks before a number's TNS score drops below the retirement threshold, much faster than the 6–12 month burn cycle in low-intent verticals.
